Neil Goodwin
I am principally a social documentary and street photographer. My projects have included ‘Mustard Tree’, a charity for homelessness; and ‘The Other Blackpool’ about life beyond the promenade of this iconic seaside town, for which I was made an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society; and As long as I keep busy, about living alone and loneliness in the UK, which comprises photographs of participants and their summary life stories, including feelings about living alone. As long as I keep busy contributed to me being awarded an MA in Photography from Falmouth University. My current project is Disappearing Life, about abandoned crofts in Scotland. More details about my projects and my general photography practice can be found at my website.
