Shipping:
We aim to ship orders within 3 working days from time of purchase. If we anticipate any significant delays we will contact you using the email address provided to us when the order was placed.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the total order, but we reserve the right to review shipping costs on a per-order basis:
UK shipping from: £2.15
Europe shipping from: £3.05
Rest of world from: £3.75
Please be aware that for orders outside of the UK, customers may be required to pay additional customs charges as per the destination country’s laws and regulations.
We ship all UK orders by Royal Mail’s 1st Class service and international orders by International Standard. Although not guaranteed, UK orders usually take about 2 working days to arrive from date of shipment, and international orders usually arrive within 7 working days. If you need an alternative method please get in touch, but keep in mind we are a very small team.
Returns:
We hope you love any products you buy from us, but if your purchase is faulty or not quite what you expected you can return it to us for a refund or exchange. You must let us know within 14 days of receiving your purchase – unfortunately if more than 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. You must then return the items to us in their original condition within 14 days of informing us, and we will arrange your refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the items back.
We ask that you please return items in their original packaging where possible and recommend that you obtain proof of purchase for any items returned to us.
