As I am temporarily displaced, I think of nature and human presence. Of what we do to make the sun rise through the rubbish.

Reflections - of dereliction and construction. Changing by the day. Colours are exaggerated and beautifully distorted. Shapes echo one another in the water. There are two worlds - and none of them are real - yet.

Charlotte Morrison

Charlotte works as an artist, with photography as an integral part of her practice. She combines photography with print and text, ceramics and kiln formed glass.

She explores the human condition from a variety of angles – in interchangeable compositions of objects and images.
New meanings arise as she repositions pieces over time.

Over a number of years, small scale collaborations with scientists and health organisations have formed part of her work.  This continues, and she welcomes collaborations where knowledge/science may merge with personal experiences – and become something else.

Her work has been exhibited in the UK and Europe through a variety of venues.
