We’re delighted to be able to share with you the winning image from the South Holland Open Arts Shutter Hub Photography Prize.

Ketton Quarry by Alison Loakes was selected by the judges for it’s sense of space and proportion, and the notion that it could be anywhere in the world.

“Winning the photography prize was a real surprise. I was very pleased that my work was chosen as it is nice to know that other people appreciated the work”, said Alison who is a first year degree student at New College, Stamford.
