Each session consists of a 45 minute Zoom call with your mentor, before and after which they will dedicate time researching and planning to ensure they give you the right support to help you progress.

Session one: Introduction and initial planning

Session two: Checking in on progress and next steps

Session three: Reflecting on progress and closing ideas

Mentorships are an excellent opportunity to get expert advice and guidance but they do require commitment and work to make the most of them. Mentees will be required to take action following each session, give feedback and report back on the mentorship as a whole, which can be shared to promote the mentorship programme and all your hard work!
