Maria Spadafora

Live arts photography, with splashes of portraiture and social documentary. My approach is candid, I like to capture things as they happen, and feel it’s pretty important not to get in the way (or at least get out of the way quickly). If that means I miss a shot, so be it. I mostly photograph events using available light. Clients include: Ilkley Literature Festival, Mind the Gap, Yorkshire Festival, and Leeds’ West Indian Carnival.
