Shutter Hub Founder Karen Harvey MBE will be hosting a small number of in-person portfolio review sessions on 26 March 2026, 10.30am-12.30pm at the ARB in Cambridge.
Karen has extensive experience of working within the photography industry, from curating exhibitions, publishing books and judging several photographic awards, to funding, commissioning and consulting, as well as undertaking her own photographic practice. She has reviewed portfolios in the UK, Europe and North America; at Unseen Amsterdam, FORMAT International Photography Festival, Belfast Photo Festival, London Photomonth, The Photographers’ Gallery, Getty Images Gallery, Griffin Museum of Photography, Photo Vogue Festival, the Photographic Resource Center, and more.
Alongside portfolio reviews, we’ll also be holding the Shutter Hub OPEN 2026 Curator’s Talk and Tour at 2pm, and you’ll also have the opportunity to explore the Shutter Hub Pop-Up Photobook Library and the AUTO PHOTO Awards 2025 Touring Exhibition!
Reviews will be reserved on a first-come basis, so if you’d like to book a session, please complete the form below as soon as you can. This is a rare chance for an in-person portfolio review with Karen and sessions are limited in availability, so those that unsuccessful first time around will be added to a waiting list. Successful registrants will be sent a confirmation email and payment link. Portfolio reviews are available at £120 for a 30 minute session.
