Shutter Hub OPEN 2026 Curator’s Talk and Tour

Join us for a tour of the Shutter Hub OPEN 2026 exhibition with curator Karen Harvey MBE. This will be an informal walk-through that offers an open conversation about the exhibition’s creative direction, the themes that emerged, and the process of shaping a large-scale photography show.

Karen will share insights into the curatorial process, discussing how works were selected and how scale, sequence, and context influence how we experience images. There’ll be time for questions and conversation throughout.

Guests can also explore the Shutter Hub Pop-Up Photobook Library, featuring a curated collection of photobooks, zines, and independent publications by photographers and publishers from around the world.

This event is free and open to all – photographers, students, curators, and anyone with a passion for photography. If you’d like to come along and enjoy an afternoon of open discussion and creative exchange please RSVP below by 5pm on 23 March 2026. See you there!
