If you made it down to the Shutter Hub OPEN 2018 then these views will be familiar to (lucky) you, but if you couldn’t be there, or you need a memento, this is for you. Here are our images of the full exhibition, without crowds to block your view.
The Shutter Hub OPEN 2018 ran from 04-09 October, at the Old Truman Brewery, as part of London Photomonth. Every day the gallery filled with a flow of people wandering in and getting involved, taking their time to view the exhibition, and voting for their Best in Show. People commented on the standard of the exhibition, the variety, the democracy, the quality of photography, the format.
If you attend the opening night you’ll know just how amazing it was, but if not, here’s a lovely bunch of Private View photographs that will give you a hint of just how amazing it was.
It’s been such a wonderful experience. It has inspired so many connections, friendships, plans, ideals, and a couple of invitations for us to take Shutter Hub exhibitions elsewhere too.
150 photographers, 220 images, over 500 private view guests, and the most amazing feedback we’ve ever received.
We thought it would be good, but, it’s been epic!
