We aim to ship orders within 3 working days from time of purchase. If we anticipate any significant delays, we will contact you using the email address provided to us when the order was placed.

For orders outside of the UK, customers may be required to pay additional customs charges as per the destination country’s laws and regulations. If you do not receive your order within 30 days, contact your local postal office or customs office to ensure it has not been held pending payment of additional customs charges.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s 1st Class service and international orders by International Standard service. Although not guaranteed, UK orders usually take about 2 working days to arrive from date of shipment, and international orders usually arrive around 7-10 working days after dispatch.
