I'm a visual artist living and working on the west coast of Scotland. A graduate of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and an Associate of The Royal Photographic Society.

Drawn to geometry, proportion and light and intrigued by abstraction, mystery and the hidden stories of things, my In Praise Of Shadows and Dark Geomtries series are examples of this and are parts of an overarching and ongoing Transitional Spaces project.

Still at very early stages, my In The Broken Places series is a response to my heart attack of April 2016. Unusually, my eyes were also affected, leaving me with a very reduced area of focus. This project aims to take the detritus from my rehab and ongoing medication, along with my drastically reduced vision and create abstracts that both capture and transcend this origin.
