They are designed to be delivered in several ways, from practical support of frontline Support and Housing staff in providing young people with positive focus, to more structured activity delivered in partnership with inspiring partners. All activity should provide engaging and empowering opportunities for participants.
This role is London-based, and London-focused, but will also help develop and deliver the national Arts engagement strategy. The successful candidate will take ownership of Centrepoint’s Arts and Culture engagement pillar, coordinating all relevant activity. They will work with the Head of Engagement to create an Arts Engagement offer which has maximum impact on the young people Centrepoint supports, and will ultimately be responsible for engaging, inspiring and motivating as many young people as possible to positively transform their lives through the Arts.
All Engagement activity is co-produced with young people, ensuring that the needs and interests of young people are at the heart of all activity.
This is an ideal role for someone from the Arts & Culture sector who is interested in creating a project with a real and lasting social impact.
