John Myers Talk ‘Looking at the Overlooked’ at The Martin Parr Foundation

On Tuesday 8th January 2019 at The Martin Parr Foundation, John Myers will discuss his new publication, Looking at the Overlooked, which attempts to document the stifling atmosphere of 1970s suburbia. Looking at the Overlooked presents Myers’ photographs of substations, shops, houses, televisions and landscapes without incident (boring photographs).

Myers’ talk will be followed by questions from the floor and a photobook signing.

The talk starts at 7 pm (doors 6.30 pm) and tickets are £8.00 (£6.00 students).
