If you've been following our progress with the Photomonth London GIRL TOWN residency, then you'll already know about this Meet Up, and all the other lovely stuff! If not, why not?!
We've teamed up with the Old Girl's Club and Photomonth to deliver a series of great photography events at St Margaret's House throughout October, and as part of that we thought we'd throw in a lovely morning meet up, so that those of you with family commitments can get involved.
Full-time creative and parent? Full-time creative and night-shift worker? Full-time, no time for anything, and sick of missing out on industry photography and networking events? We hear ya!
As part of our Photomonth residency we’ll be hosting a creative coffee morning for those of you looking to discuss work, brainstorm ideas, or just look for feedback on projects.
Join us for 'Creative Block' on Thursday 20th October from 10.30am – 12.30pm at St Margaret's House. It's totally free to attend (although you might want to buy a coffee while you're there, there's no pressure) and it will be a great chance to just hang out, talk ideas through, share advice and support, and also ask us any questions you want to about the photography industry, Shutter Hub, the Old Girl's Club, chickens… anything you like really!
RSVP if you think you can make it: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can find the full details for the exhibition, talks, panel discussion, meet up and photo film showings here: http://shutterhub.org.uk/blog/girltownpm
