London Independent Photography 27th Annual Exhibition, Photomonth

This year, London Independent Photography is celebrating its 27th Annual Exhibition, which this year will take place as part of Photomonth. The exhibition will showcase 119 unique images from 71 from members of London Independent Photography. They say:

The exhibition demonstrates the extraordinary diversity, breadth of talent, and craft for personal expression within the London Independent Photography membership.

Our independent selectors this year were Laura Pannack (London-based award-winning photographer who focuses on social documentary and portraiture, and seeks to explore the complex relationship between subject and photographer), Mike Poloway (creative editorial photographer with almost 30 years experience) and Greg Lucas (widely-published photo artist and Senior Lecturer in Photography at De Montfort University, Leicester).

For the second year, we are proud to have secured independent curator Christine Santa Ana, who has extensive experience in curating high-profile photography exhibitions and has been a portfolio reviewer at the Sony World Photography Awards. Christine currently produces pop up exhibitions with photography magazine Of The Afternoon, which take place throughout cities in the UK and is planning international shows for next year.

The exhibition will run from Tuesday 20 October to Sunday 1 November 2015 at Embassy Tea Gallery, 195-205 Union Street, London SE1 0LN. For further details visit the website here.
